+ WA sales tax where required. Free until you're hired for your first job through Clynder. After that, your plan bills monthly until you cancel. No job requests in a month? Your next month is free. "Area" means one city: Everett, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Mukilteo, Mill Creek or Snohomish.

How billing works

  • Your membership starts free.
  • Billing starts when your first job through Clynder is completed. If the homeowner cancels or the job never happens, it doesn't count.
  • You're charged that day, then the same day each month.
  • No job requests in a billing month? Your next month is free.
  • We check your WA contractor registration or license with L&I when you join. We never take a cut of your job or resell your leads.

Questions & answers

What does it cost?
Founding Member is $79/month for the first 30 contractors (then $129/month for new members). Priority is $199/month, 1 per trade in each area. Plus WA sales tax where required.
When do I start paying?
Not until you're hired for your first job through Clynder. After that, your plan bills monthly until you cancel. If we send you no job requests in a month, your next month is free.
What if I get requests but don't win any?
Once billing has started, your month is only free if we send you zero requests. Requests you turn down or don't win still count.
How many contractors get each job?
1 to 3 local pros. Never a big list.
Will my leads be resold?
No. And we never take a cut of your job.
What do I need to join?
An active Washington contractor registration, plus any trade license your work needs (like electrical or plumbing).
What if my trade is full?
Join the waitlist and we'll contact you when a spot opens.
Can I cancel?
Anytime by email. It takes effect at the end of your billing month.
