Clynder ("Clynder," "we," "I") connects homeowners in the Everett area with local contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Homeowners: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the type of work you request. Optionally your email, a project description, and your timing.
- Contractors: your name, business name, phone number, trade(s), and Washington contractor registration number. Optionally your email, service area, and other details you choose to share.
- Feedback: any message and optional email you send through the feedback form.
How we use your information
- To connect homeowners with a local contractor for the work they request.
- To contact you about your request by call, text, or email, with your consent.
- To operate and improve Clynder.
How we share it
When you are a homeowner, your info only goes to the contractors we match you with for your request, so they can contact you. We don't sell it to anyone else, and we don't resell contractor leads to other contractors. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. We may share information if the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
Communications and consent
We contact you by call, text, or email only after you check the consent box on our forms (unchecked by default). You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to text messages, or email us to be removed. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking on our website. We don't track you around the web.
Keeping your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to connect you and to operate Clynder. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see below).
